Sell stuff on Amazon FBA

What Is Amazon FBA

Amazon Fulfillment By Amazon (FBA) is a service provided by Amazon whereby individuals sell their products on the website and Amazon fulfills orders and ships packages directly to customers. Products are sold via the seller's own website. All orders placed through the Amazon marketplace are fulfilled by Amazon.com.

The benefit of using Amazon FBA is that they take care of marketing, warehousing, packaging, shipping and customer service. In turn, the product creator gains access to a broader audience and higher traffic.

There are two ways to use Amazon FBA:

1. You can start an individual business selling physical products yourself and fulfill orders yourself.

2. You can create an online store and allow Amazon to handle fulfillment.

In either case, the product creator retains ownership of the product.

Sell stuff

1. Sell stuff online

If you have a lot of items lying around the house, then selling them online could make some extra money. You can sell things like old clothes, books, furniture, electronics, toys, tools, etc. There are many websites out there that allow people to buy these types of items at wholesale prices. All you need to do is find a good website and start listing your items. If you want to get started, here are two sites that I recommend:

2. Sell stuff at yard sales

Yard sales are great places to sell your unwanted items. Most people don't think about how much they would actually bring in if they sold their old junk. Yard sales are pretty easy to set up, and they're free! 3. Rent out storage units

SelfStorage Units located throughout San Diego County. We offer our customers reasonable rates, flexible contracts, climate controlled environment, security deposits, vehicle access, and much more. 4. Run a Tshirt business

T-shirts are a perfect item to sell to friends, family, neighbors and even store owners. Ecommerce platform Etsy is a great site to start out with. In addition, Facebook groups like DIY Network and Local Craft Shows are a great place to start promoting your t-shirt business. Start making samples and create designs and sew them onto high quality T-Shirts using home sewing machines. Then add pictures of yourself wearing the T-Shirt to social media.

3. Become a Virtual Assistant

This is another great side hustle to earn some quick cash. Basically, VAs work for companies offering services that range from writing content to taking phone calls. It’s super simple to sign up to become a VA, and open your first client project immediately. Elance is a well-known site for freelancers looking to land a VA job. Other options include Upwork, Fiverr, and PeoplePerHour. Fees vary anywhere from $12-$30 an hour.

4. Be a Landscape Architect

If you enjoy being outside and planting flowers and trees, consider becoming a landscape architect. While it doesn't pay extremely well, either through salary or freelance projects, there are still plenty of opportunities to get involved in this type of work. All you really need is an accredited college degree in landscaping, along with certification.

1. Sell stuff on Amazon FBA

Amazon Fulfillment By Amazon (FBA) is a service provided by Amazon where they act as the middle man between sellers and consumers. In short, Amazon takes care of shipping the products, customer service, returns etc., while the seller only needs to focus on their product and how to market it. If you have a product that you want to sell online, then selling it on Amazon is perfect for you. And if you need help setting up an Amazon Seller Account, we have you covered.

2. How to start?

After that, you will need to set up your business name and contact information for your business. You can do that at the bottom of the left hand menu bar.

Once you have completed those steps, you will be able to select what type of items you would like to sell. There are different types of items that you can sell including clothing, electronics, books, toys, furniture and much more.

You will also need to decide whether you are going to use an FBA supplier or not. Using an FBA supplier means that you don't have to worry about storing inventory yourself.

If you choose to go without an FBA supplier, then you will need to find a storage space for your products. There are many ways to store your products depending on your budget. Here are some examples:

-Warehouse

-Storage Unit

-Self Storage Space

-Garage
